Annie Webster

Annie Webster serves as APD Law’s Bankruptcy Case Manager, overseeing the administrative progression of bankruptcy matters from intake through filing and case completion. She joined the firm in July 2024 as a Legal Secretary and advanced into bankruptcy case management as her responsibilities and experience expanded.

Annie earned her Bankruptcy Assistant certification through the Association of Bankruptcy Judicial Assistants and works closely with clients throughout the bankruptcy process. She coordinates documentation, tracks case requirements and deadlines, manages client communications, and helps ensure each matter moves efficiently through the firm’s bankruptcy workflow.

Her prior experience in customer service and special-event planning strengthened the organization, communication, and problem-solving skills she now brings to bankruptcy case management. Annie also continues her education toward a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and a Paralegal certificate.

Outside the office, Annie is a wife and mother of three young children. She describes herself as a “coordinator of chaos,” a role that fits naturally with the organization, patience, and steady attention she brings to both her family and her work at APD Law.
