Chel

Chel serves as APD Law’s Paralegal and Legal Researcher, working directly with the attorney on the firm’s litigation and consumer-protection matters. She plays an integral role in developing cases from investigation through litigation, with a focus on legal research, discovery, drafting, evidence review, court filings, and trial preparation.

Chel assists the attorney in researching complex legal issues, analyzing facts and evidence, preparing pleadings and other litigation documents, and developing the factual and legal foundation of the firm’s cases. Her work requires careful attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage the demands of active civil litigation while keeping each matter moving efficiently.

Outside the office, Chel enjoys hiking, taking walks, watching a good series, and spending time with her family.
