Chelsea Sangalang

Chelsea Jazmine S. Sangalang is a Licensed Pharmacist and Consumer Protection Specialist at APD Law, with a professional background spanning healthcare, regulatory compliance, legal administration, and client support.

Chelsea works closely with clients to identify, document, and develop potential consumer protection claims. She assists clients in organizing communications and other evidence, documenting potential violations, coordinating case information, and maintaining accurate records for attorney review. Her attention to detail and experience with regulated industries make her an important part of the firm’s consumer protection practice.

Before joining APD Law, Chelsea worked in legal administration, healthcare advocacy, pharmacy operations, and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes client onboarding, case-file management, documentation, regulatory review, and direct client communication. She also served as a Food-Drug Regulatory Officer and worked for several years as a community pharmacist, where accuracy, compliance, and careful documentation formed central parts of her work.

Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Manila Central University and brings a disciplined, client-focused approach to helping APD Law investigate and establish consumer protection claims.
