Peter Diehl

Peter Diehl serves as Practice Manager at APD Law, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and helps ensure clients receive efficient, organized, and responsive service.

Peter brings extensive experience as a business owner and manager, along with a broad background in administration, operations, and client service. He is also a Certified Bankruptcy Assistant and plays an active role in supporting the firm’s bankruptcy practice.

Before entering the legal field, Peter worked in emergency medical services and disaster response. Those experiences strengthened his ability to manage complex situations, solve problems under pressure, and communicate effectively with people facing difficult circumstances.

Peter remains active in his local community and serves, or has served, with several community organizations and boards, including the PTA, the Santee Community Foundation, and Santee Santas.

Outside the office, Peter enjoys spending time with his two children, traveling with them, and staying involved in the community.
